Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" on the top navigation bar, enter your name, email, and Sri Lankan phone number. You'll be ready in seconds.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Identity verification is optional but recommended. Verified accounts receive a blue badge and get higher booking approval rates.
Renting Items
How do I rent an item?
Browse listings, select your rental start and end dates, and click "Request Booking". The owner will confirm within 24 hours.
Can I cancel a booking?
You can cancel any booking request while it is still pending from Dashboard > My Rentals.
Listing & Lending
How do I list my items?
Click "Add Item" in the navigation bar. Upload photos, write a clear description, set your daily rate and location, and submit for review.
What can I rent out?
Cameras, lenses, sound equipment, drones, camping tents, power tools, party accessories, and more!
Safety & Security
Is renting on RentAll safe?
Yes. All users verify their phone numbers and can submit government NIC/passport documents for identity verification.
