Welcome to RentAll.lk. By accessing or using our marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account activities.

2. Listings & Rentals

Item owners represent and warrant that they possess legal ownership or authority to rent listed items. Items must be functional, safe, and truthfully represented with recent photos.

3. Renter Responsibilities

Renters agree to handle rented property with reasonable care, use equipment strictly in accordance with manufacturers' instructions, and return items promptly upon rental expiry.

4. Disclaimers & Limitations

RentAll is a peer-to-peer connection platform facilitating listings and communications. Except where mandated by Sri Lanka consumer protection statutes, RentAll disclaims liability for item malfunctions or user disputes.
